Where does the friction sit?
Most clients arrive with one of these four patterns. Recognising yours shapes everything we do together.
Stakeholder misalignment
Your board, your investors, or your direct reports want different things from you. Meetings feel performative. Decisions get revisited. We map the competing expectations and build a communication approach that reduces the noise within the first three sessions.
Transition drag
You have moved into a bigger role, or you are about to. The skills that got you here are not the ones you need next. We identify the two or three behaviours to stop, and the one to start, so the transition lands faster.
Team performance plateau
Your leadership team is competent individually but mediocre collectively. We run a structured diagnostic of meeting patterns, decision rights, and information flow, then coach you on the specific interventions that shift group performance.
Decision fatigue and overload
You are making too many decisions yourself. Delegation feels risky because the stakes are high. We audit your decision load, sort it by reversibility and impact, and design a handover plan that actually sticks within your organisation.
Four stages, no filler
Each engagement follows this arc. Timelines vary, but the structure stays tight.
Diagnostic call (60 minutes, free)
We spend the first half listening. You describe the situation in your own words. In the second half, we reflect back what we heard, identify the core issue, and tell you honestly whether coaching is the right tool. Sometimes it is not. If the problem is structural or political, we will say so and suggest alternatives.
Contracting and baseline
We agree on a measurable goal: a specific behaviour change, a decision to make, or a relationship to repair. We set a timeline (typically 8 to 16 weeks) and a session cadence (fortnightly works for most senior leaders). Where useful, we gather brief 360-degree input from two or three colleagues you choose.
Working sessions
Each session is 75 minutes. We do not follow a curriculum. Instead, we work with what is live for you that week, anchored to the goal we set. You will leave every session with one concrete action. Between sessions, you try that action and report back on what happened. Real change comes from this loop, not from insight alone.
Close-out and transfer
In the final session, we review what shifted, what did not, and why. You get a one-page summary of your patterns and the strategies that worked. The aim is that you no longer need us. If a new issue surfaces six months later, you can book a single follow-up session at the original rate.
Measured outcomes from recent engagements
These figures come from post-engagement surveys completed by clients and, where permission was given, their direct reports.
of clients reported clearer decision-making within six weeks of starting

said they would recommend this coaching to a peer in a similar role
